My friend Ann Bridges, who is a respected researcher and author,  just published a new book about the nation’s critical resources. It is a fictional tale of a battle between the town of San Jose and the US Government over policies towards critical resource providers. Though fiction, the story includes Ann’s research into the politics and trade of resources between nations and how it affects the businesses that make up the US economy.

This is a highly entertaining story that I think you will find both enjoyable and educational. For more on Ann’s research, please see our previous discussion on Mineral and Technology Dependencies that threaten our continued survival as a national economy.
